Case Study
Introduction
Jayarudra is a purpose-driven NGO founded by Mr. Arvind Dwaraknath, committed to empowering girl children through education and holistic development. With a vision for long-term impact, Jayarudra needed to strengthen its digital identity to build credibility and reach wider audiences.
Services Provided
We established a compelling digital identity through branding, website development, content creation, and social media management to amplify the foundation's mission and reach.
Content Creation
Challenges
- The online presence was fragmented and dated. The legacy website lacked clear information architecture, slowing discovery of programs, impact stories, and donation options.
- Brand elements were inconsistent across touchpoints. Visuals, typography, and messaging varied widely, diluting credibility and causing confusion among supporters.
- Critically, the absence of a seamless donation experience meant less access for supporters, reducing conversions and hampering fundraising potential.
Approach
We began with a holistic audit across brand, web, and social to define a unified narrative centered on girls' education and measurable impact. Retaining core brand equity, we refreshed the identity, modern typography, calibrated color system, and a concise brand book to ensure consistency across print and digital.
We architected and custom-developed a fast, mobile-first website with clear pathways, all aligned for clarity.
A secure, integrated payment gateway was implemented to streamline one-time and recurring donations, reducing checkout steps and building donor trust. For social, we built a library of modular templates (announcements, impact stats, volunteer spotlights, event recaps).
Outcome
Jayarudra now has a cohesive digital ecosystem—a performant, accessible website with navigation that surfaces programs and impact within two clicks.
This is over a period of time helping Jayarudra reach more people and more donors. The integrated donation flow reduced friction and improved completion confidence, supporting increased fundraising capacity and future campaign scalability.
